obtaining rightof-way, easements, and other conveyances from third that arereasonably expected to require more than ten (10) hours of attorney time.4. provided byto the County shall be rendered by Heather J. Endnosa, who shall be designated as theprimary attorney, Crystalyn R. Carey, Robert L Nabore and Gregory T. Stewart, whoshall be designated as assistant attorneys, and such other attorneys employed byNG&N as may be assigned to assist the County on an as-needed basis.5. COMPENSATION FOR(A) NG&N shall be compensated for the General Counsel servk^s provided inSection 2 of this agreement at the annual lump sum amount of $115,000 per year,payable in monthly installments of $9,583.33, which shall be due on or before the lastbusiness day of each month.(B) To provide heightened accountability, NG&N agrees to provide reports tothe County documenting the time and resources spent upon General Counsel services.NG&N and the County agree to jointly review such general counsel reports or invoicesno later than September 15, 2010 for purposes of promoting transparency anddetermining value, efficacy and equity of the current compensation arrangement.
