acquisition and disposition of real property rights and interests, including accepting orobtaining right-of-way, and other conveyances from third parties;(I) Providing administration and periodic oversight and review of al! outsidecounsel engaged by th® County; and(J) Providing such other legal seroices as the Board may from time-to-timedirect.NG&N shall alsoprovide all special counsel services required by the County, which shall include:(A) Prosecuting or defending litigation involving the County. For the purposesof this agreement litigation is defined as those matters for which NG&N serves ascounsel of record for the County that are initiated by a filing in an administrative tribunalor a state or federal court and shall aiso include all arbitrations and mediations;(B) Providing legislative consulting services, if requested by the County;(C) Representing the County with respect to the issuance of bonds, notes, orother obligations of the County;(D) Issuing title insurance commitments and poiicies, if requested by theCounty;(E) Preparing and reviewing such ordinances, contracts, resolutions,agreements, leases, interiocal agreements, special dect'ion ballots, procurementdocuments, and other legal documents on behalf of the County that are reasonablyexpected to require more than ten (10) hours of attorney time;(F) Representing the County in all negotiations with third parties and in theacquisition and disposition of real property rights and interests, including accepting or
