2. shall asthe county attorney for the County and shall provide all routine requiredby the County, which shall include:(A) Attending all regular meetings of the Board, the County PlanningCommission, and the County Code Enforcement Board;(B) Attending all Board workshops and other meetings, asby the Board Chairman or the County Administrator;(C) Attending and providing individual briefings with members, asneeded and requested;(D) Preparing and reviewing routine ordinances, contracts, resolutions,agreements, teases, interiocal agreements, special electron ballots, procurementdocuments, and other tegal documents to be enacted by the County, to which theCounty is a party or to which the County otherwise has an interest;(E) Reviewing all agenda items for all meetings and workshops of the Board,the County Planning Commission, and the County Code Enforcement Board;(F) Providing general legal advice to the Board, Board members in theirofficial capacities, County staff, and the County PEanning Commission, and CountyCode Enforcement Board in person, by telephone, or e-mail on legal matters affectingthe County;(G) Researching and rendering property qualified iega! opintons, analyses,and memoranda as required by the Board.
