There is <br />virtually no legal issue affecting municipalities that we have not handled in one form or another. After <br />evaluating the particular needs of the City, we have put together "Team Sunny Isles Beach." We believe <br />that this team of experienced and specialized attorneys will be able to serve all the legal needs of the City. <br />Copies of the bios for the attorneys referenced below and all other attorneys whom we anticipate handling <br />matters for the City are enclosed. <br />Assigned Personnel <br />Lillian Arant7o —Lead City Attorney, who specializes in general municipal law, <br />planning, land -use, and zoning land use, public contracts, procurement, code <br />enforcement and sustainability matters. <br />• Will have primary responsibility for General Municipal and Land-Use/Zoning Village Matters <br />• Will attend Commission and staff meetings <br />Daniel A. Espino —Assistant City Attorney, who specializes in municipal and inter- <br />governmental matters. <br />• May attend Commission and staff meetings as needed <br />�—. Chanae L.
