On the rare occasions where the interests of two or more of our clients come into conflict, we have <br />always succeeded in either resolving the conflict to the satisfaction of all parties involved or ensuring that <br />our clients are fully represented by excellent special counsel retained for the particular matter. Such <br />occasions are unusual, but if the situation were to arise in the course of our representation of the City, our <br />Firm would either resolve the conflict to the City's satisfaction, or identify qualified special outside <br />counsel, with the City Commission's approval, to handle the conflict matter at a cost that would not exceed <br />whatever. cost the City otherwise would have incurred. <br />The Film recognizes that it historically has represented several developers doing business in the <br />City.
