GPI Sunny Isles, L.U. — the Firm has represented GPI on Isles, LLC in connection with <br />the Infinity Site Plan Approval. We understand that the Firm's representation in this matter is <br />almost concluded and that it is anticipated that it will go to final hearing in April. The Firm is <br />prepared to work with the City to obtain special counsel to represent the City in this matter <br />until it is concluded. <br />2. Neighboring municipalities —the Firm serves as City Attorney to two municipalities that border <br />the City — Aventura and Golden Beach. In the Firm's experience, actual legal conflicts of <br />interest between bordering municipalities are rare. However, in the event such a conflict arises, <br />the Firm will work with the City to obtain special counsel to represent the City in any such <br />matter. The Finn also provides certain special counsel services (primarily labor and <br />employment law) to the neighboring cities of North Miami and North Miami Beach. We <br />believe that, in the event that City was legally adverse to either of those cities, we could obtain <br />a conflict waiver from either city allowing the Firm to represent the City in connection with <br />any such matter. <br />
