Wayne Reitz <br />Scholar <br />Ashley Daniels <br />Ashley is an Associate in the firm's Municipal Government Law practice and <br />represents municipalities on a breadth of issues including ethics, Sunshine and <br />public records law. Ashley previously represented local governments in the Florida <br />panhandle at a general practice Tallahassee law firm where she provided <br />counseling on internal personnel matters and represented these entities in <br />employment litigation disputes. Additionally, Ashley advised several local <br />governments in general municipal law. <br />In addition to her municipal experience, Ashley has represented private and <br />government clients in utility regulation, transactional, health law, and commercial <br />litigation matters. <br />A Miami natives Ashley received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in <br />African Studies and International Humanitarian Assistance from the University of <br />Florida and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. In law school, <br />Ashley served as legal fellow at the World Health Organization (WHO) in <br />Geneva, Switzerland, where she advised the general assembly on procedural <br />matters and the admission requirements of new member states to the international <br />organization. During law school Ashley also received both the Alden J. "Butch" <br />Carpenter Memorial Scholarship and Jenny Runkles Award, for her contributions <br />to the student body. <br />
