CITY will provide the Front End <br /> Specifications. <br /> 4. CGA shall submit 100%design plans to,the City of Sunny Isles Beach Staff for review. <br /> The submittal will include two(2)24"x 36"sets of plans,one(1)Opinion of Probable <br /> Construction Cost and one(1)Technical Specifications Documents,as well as pdf's of <br /> the above items. - <br /> 11)Task 11-Building Department Dry Run <br /> A. Provide 100%plans to the City building department <br /> B. Respond to comments from the building department and make a resubmittal of the plans <br /> C. Address comments and resubmittal are included. CGA will wait to address comments until <br /> all city reviewers have submitted their comments in an effort to minimize resubmittals. <br /> 12)Task 12-Bidding Services <br /> A. Submit Bid Package to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Staff. Three (3) 24" x 36" set of <br /> plans signed & sealed, three (3) Technical Specifications Documents and one (1) CD <br /> containing pdf's of the plans and Technical Specifications will be provided. <br /> B. Attend one(1)pre-bid meeting for the project,respond to prospective bidder RFI(s), issue <br /> addenda as needed during the bid process. <br /> C. CITY will run and record minutes for the pre-bid meeting. <br /> D. Assist the City with Bid Evaluation and Recommendation <br /> 13)Miscellaneous Services/Assumptions <br /> A. The only services included in this contract are those identified above. No other Services <br /> are included in this contract. <br /> B. The City shall complete a cleaning of the existing drainage collection system. <br /> C. •Outfall improvements,Manatee grate,check valve,and duck-bill design are excluded from <br /> scope of services. Additional Service Agreement will be required if these elements to be <br /> included in the drainage system. <br /> D. Landscape design is not included. <br /> E. Building/Engineering Permitting Fees for City of Sunny Isles Beach is not included. <br />
