(CTA) is pleased to provide you <br /> CRRIEN 1HOA IPSON with the following proposal for professional Civil Engineering, Survey, and <br /> C_ Construction <br /> Phase services for the undergrounding of utilities within the <br /> Golden Shores Neighborhood. <br /> This project involves survey, project coordination, construction documents, and <br /> construction observation services for undergrounding of overhead utility <br /> services for approximately 225 homes(refer to Exhibit 'A'). <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC. A typical approach towards undergrounding of utilities can be broken into three <br /> -Engineers - phases, 1) Assessment, 2) Design and Permitting, and 3) Bidding/Construction. <br /> Planners The CITY anticipates funding to be established through their CIP; therefore, <br /> Surveyors <br /> Landscape Architects funding mechanisms, such as special assessment, are not addressed within this <br /> proposal. For the purpose of clarification, a summary of the undergrounding <br /> process is described as follows: <br /> Phase 1-Assessment: <br /> The purpose of Phase 1 is to establish the parameters for the project including <br /> preliminary schedule, critical timelines, existing conditions, coordination with <br /> utilities, facilitate FP&L design process, and identifying issues with potential <br /> impact to the project. <br /> With the information collected with this first phase, a base-file is created <br /> depicting existing conditions for use in proposed design. Information in the <br /> form of atlases, right-of-way maps, survey, plat, and as-builts is collected and <br /> analyzed for sufficiency.
