SECTION 5–6: AGENCY BILLING Due to the nature of the project scope, billing on a monthly retainer basis is appropriate. Each quarter, time sheets are assessed to calculate balances. When collateral billing is employed, each project is outlined in detail with total amount and billed as a project invoice. From the concept and development phase, we are able to render artwork in a variety of media, provide professional photographers and supervise those phases of a project with art direction. We are highly versed in production processes which is a key capability when entering a creative process. Knowing the production aspects of a project provides insight into all phases from concept to production. We prepare all files for production and supervise every aspect of that phase.
