Cost of Services <br /> SPARC DESIGN INC. | RFP 19-07-02 | CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH | CITYWIDE RE-BRANDING 33 <br />It has been our experience in branding or rebranding a community that it’s common to encounter <br />the unexpected — both hurdles and opportunities. We want our clients to be prepared for these <br />inevitabilities and have the ability to be nimble in addressing them. For that reason we look for <br />opportunities to save costs in every phase of the project. In order to realize savings it is our <br />practice to work with sources and suppliers trusted by our clients — particularly those whose <br />principal or satellite operations are in our client’s community. We recognize that long-standing <br />relationships with these suppliers may lend themselves to more favorable pricing and allow our <br />clients to stretch their marketing dollars further. That said, we also look to suppliers with whom <br />we have similar relationships to provide the most cost effective solutions possible.
