Examples of research and branding campaigns successfully implemented. <br />CASE STUDY: CHILDREN’S SERVICES COUNCIL <br /> OF BROWARD COUNTY <br />Components: Branding, Messaging, Graphic Design, TV, Digital, Outdoor, Print, Public <br />Relations, and Crisis Communications <br />CASE STUDY DEMONSTRATES: <br />• Conduct thorough demographic study <br />• Analyze consumer, media, and market research <br />• Research marketing campaigns, special events, and other promotions <br />• Conduct strategic analysis of demographics, business trends <br />• Provide strategic assessment and recommend market positioning based on overall research <br />• Create mission and vision statement <br />CSC Broward brought The M Network on as Agency of Record three years ago to codify <br />their brand identity, improve their comprehensive communication and outreach plan, and <br />implement a strategy that would be both effective and consistent into the future. <br />We did this by first mapping out all of the initiatives that CSC Broward engages in throughout <br />the course of the year, grouping them, and laying out editorial, advertising, and a production <br />calendars. <br />We then did an in-depth market analysis, identifying needs within the community and <br />matching these up to the CSC initiatives. <br />Simultaneous to this, we conducted a series of executive interviews and focus groups in order <br />to understand CSC Broward’s target audiences, particularly how they interacted with the CSC <br />and their expectations. This allowed us to compare what CSC Broward believed their brand to <br />be and what their target audiences actually thought. <br />The next step was to apply this data in order to create a comprehensive branding <br />infrastructure through which consistent public awareness, education, and branding campaigns
