M.NETWORK <br />47RFP NO. 19-07-02 <br />c. ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br />As we lay out elsewhere in this RFP, we believe that our “Brand First” approach provides the <br />structure to set and meet all of the desired deadlines for this project. Because our unique <br />methodology is forward looking, we are able to schedule and deploy resources as needed <br />throughout the course of the project. Additionally, because of our litany of “affiliates,” should <br />there be an emergency, or the project deadlines change substantially and unexpectedly, <br />we are able to tap as many resources as are necessary in order to meet both deadlines and <br />budget. <br />
