FINANCIAL BACKGROUND <br />Financial statements for the applicable legal entity(ies) (prime Proposer and known <br />subcontractors) sufficient to demonstrate the capability to perform this contract shall be <br />provided for each of the last three (3) years. These should include: <br />a. Balance sheet <br />b. Statement of income <br />c. Statement of changes in financial position <br />d. Notes to financial statements <br />e. Auditor’s reports <br />f.
