STRATEGIC THINKING <br />In order to provide an insight into the strategic capabilities of your Firm, please provide one <br />appropriate example for each of the following (including samples). The examples should <br />focus on design and the ability to create a uniformed look that can be applied to various <br />mediums and applicable to different audiences: <br />a. State what research affiliates or internal research resources the Firm has available. <br />The M Network has been executing rebranding for government agencies and non-profits <br />since 2004, deploying market research and analysis to guide both creative and placement <br />strategies. <br />Since we operate on a “Brand First” philosophy, research is the foundation for all campaigns. <br />The M Network utilizes data-driven tools in strategic development, including but not limited <br />to: <br />In addition to these research tools, we also use partners to execute focus groups, polling, <br />executive interviews and market research to help identify target audiences, drive creative, and <br />most importantly to determine strategic media mix and placement decisions. <br />Statewide to nationwide, we have performed research services for clients such as: NACCRA, <br />Virginia Department of Social Services, Department of Children and Families, Simply <br />Healthcare, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and The Children’s Trust among others. <br />The M Network works extensively with locally based research partners Bendixen & Amandi <br />and Behavioral Science Research. Our national partners are John Zogby Strategies and Harris <br />Poll. In other words, like everything else we do, we don’t bring to bear just one research <br />option. We bring the best research option for you.
