A <br />commencement deposit of 20% ($20,006) is due within 15 business <br />days of acceptance of the proposal, and the remaining balance <br />($79,994) is to be paid out in monthly installments of ($3,478) for a <br />period of 23 months. Payments are to be received on the first Monday <br />of each month. At no time during the duration of the project may the <br />total fees outstanding exceed 5 days. In the event that the total <br />outstanding fee exceeds 5 days, the project will be placed on hold and <br />no additional work will be performed by Larimer & Co. or Consultant(s) <br />until the outstanding balance has been paid. Larimer & Co. reserves the <br />right to invoice all attempts to collect on outstanding invoices beyond <br />30 days as a reimbursable expense and will charge interest on these <br />outstanding amounts at 15%. <br />At Larimer & Co., we believe in billing project fees vs. hourly rates to offer a <br />better value for the client. Overages in hours are absorbed by the agency and <br />are never passed along to the client, unless there are additional scope of services <br />added, or change orders become excessive. In rare instances where we must <br />implement hourly fees, clients are notified before hourly rates are implemented. <br />Below is a fixed hourly rate sheet per the contract’s request. <br />Hourly Rate Sheet
