Over and over and over again. <br />Demand creation is an important consideration for the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach’s ideal brand solution—not just among your current target <br />audience, but also among younger consumers. How can we leverage <br />your vast assets to draw new audiences into the brand? Right now your <br />defined consumer target is mature. But for the brand to continue to thrive <br />we need to welcome in younger consumers and drive preference among <br />them. <br />At Larimer & Co., this is a challenge we are currently addressing in our <br />revitalization of the Bloomingdale’s brand. In the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach’s case, we will explore how we can we leverage a core dimension <br />of your brand positioning— experiential focused, world-class hospitality <br />for residents and tourists alike—as a possible angle in defining the brand <br />architecture. The ideal model will reinforce the brand’s core proposition— <br />strengthening what it stands for today, but perhaps pushing it in new <br />directions to earn permission with audiences over time to stretch the <br />brand in different ways.
