Employee Entrance
Children’s Medication Clinic
Florida Assertive Community
Treatments Team
Space is unwelcoming, the
timeclock feels dirty, A/V does
not work, and is very clinical.
However, the area boasts a
lot of valuable wall space.
This could be utilized as an
opportunity to infuse the
“Aspire” brand story with a
mural.
Partner with Disney or local
artists to add whimsical
murals to makes space
more child-friendly and less
clinical. Employees suggested
the addition of puzzles and
learning blocks that would
stimulate the patients and
keep them occupied during
wait times. Kids and parents
walk through cluttered and
uninviting areas to get to
doctor’s offices.
As case managers and
therapists are rarely in the
office, this would be a good
space for employees to enjoy
access to windows. Consider
relocating the call center to
this location.
