EXTERIOR (Outpatient Entrance) <br />LOCATION <br />Outpatient Services <br />Possible Relocations <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />To better support workplace flow, <br />it is recommended to close off the <br />outpatient service exterior entrance <br />and re-route patients to enter through <br />main entrance. Doors could be exit only. <br />This will allow for a more personalized <br />experience for clinic patients. Patients <br />and waiting relatives often gather <br />outside the doors. There is a service <br />opportunity here to provide them with <br />complimentary water or coffee during <br />cooler months. This would leave a <br />positive impression. <br />Potentially relocate the clinic to 2nd <br />floor to allow for access to elevator and <br />relocate case management offices to the <br />existing adult medication clinic.
