40 HOOK+BRIDGE RFP Nº 19-07-02APPROACH | METHODOLOGYMETHODOLOGY <br />Proposer’s assessment of the City of Sunny Isles Beach needs and approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation should include a plan/outline in addition to the following: <br />• Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br />• Overall organization to completing the project <br />• Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br />As stated in the QUALIFICATIONS section, our team’s process is tried-and-true. We <br />have ample team members to complete the job on budget and on time, and are used to <br />working on deadline. <br />STATE WHAT RESEARCH AFFILIATES OR INTERNAL RESEARCH RESOURCES THE FIRM HAS AVAILABLE. <br />For the market research we use different online sources: Facebook, Instagram and <br />especially SurveyMonkey, the world’s leading online survey software. This significantly <br />improves the quality of data and significantly reduces the labor burden associated with <br />obtaining and analyzing that data. Additionally, we source other facts via our connections <br />with local real estate developers and salespeople. <br />CREATIVE ABILITY <br />Please refer to pages 14-20 <br />STATE HOW THE FIRM IDENTIFIES THE KEY TARGET AUDIENCES FOR ITS CLIENTS AND HOW IT THEN DETERMINES THE APPROPRIATE MEDIA TO BEST COMMUNICATE WITH THOSE AUDIENCES. <br />Hook+Bridge knows how social media works, both in identifying markets (hook) and then <br />reaching them (bridge). Online is where people live, so that’s where we go to find them, <br />subscribing to the simple logic of Willy Sutton’s famous quote: “I rob banks because that’s <br />where the money is.” <br />STATE WHAT EXPERIENCE THE FIRM HAS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE OR NONTRADITIONAL STRATEGIC ALLIANCES/SPONSORSHIPS (I.E. INDUSTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE TRAVEL BUSINESS) TO IMPLEMENT PR PROGRAMS. STATE WHAT EXPERIENCE THE FIRM HAS WITH MEASUREMENT OF PR RESULTS. <br />We are hospitality, real estate, city revitalization, small business and personal branding <br />experts. PR is a separate specialty and we work with outside firms appropriate for the <br />project. <br />STATE WHAT EXPERIENCE THE FIRM HAS IN DEVELOPING STRATEGIC PR AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT PLANS.(EXAMPLES MAY BE SHARED AND RESULTS MAY ALSO BE INCLUDED.) <br />Public Relations and Crisis Management are performed by companies that specialize in <br />those areas. We do not do PR but can make recommendations should the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach run into a situation that requires those services. The nature of the issue at hand <br />will determine the best firm for the job.
