As EVP, Dulani is responsible for the development of strategic <br />planning, brand development, and marketing initiatives on behalf <br />of SPARK’s clients. She works with the agency’s brand, creative, <br />technology, social, and integrated media teams to craft strategies that <br />help clients create holistic, measurable, and eff ective solutions to <br />move their businesses forward. In addition to strategy development <br />for the agency’s clients, she is also responsible for overseeing our <br />media and social media teams. With an obsessive eye on evolving <br />SPARK’s strategies, Dulani spearheads many of SPARK’s thought <br />leadership eff orts as well as innovations in our processes to better <br />understand our clients and drive brands to new and greater success. <br />Mike founded SPARK in 2001 after 7 years of working on some of the <br />bigg est brands in the world at Grey Worldwide—including Firestone, <br />Jockey, Canon, Proctor & Gamble, Chapstick, Dove Chocolate, <br />Healthy Choice and many others. He sought to establish an agency <br />that put brands fi rst, not advertising. Mike maintains this belief <br />and preserves the integrity of our clients’ brands throughout every <br />single project. He leads SPARK’s strategic positioning, campaign <br />development, branding eff orts, and studio production. <br />As VP of Creative, Elliott manages a team which is responsible <br />for developing innovative and eff ective marketing solutions <br />across all media. His experience includes integrating sound <br />marketing sensibilities into a wide variety of executions, from <br />environmental treatments, to branding and collateral materials, <br />to large-scale campaign work.
