CITY-WIDE GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />BOND EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS <br />In regard to public affairs, RMA is accustomed to planning <br />or participating in large-scale, scheduled public events; in <br />coaching staff and/or elected officials for public speaking <br />engagements; speech writing; talking points creation and <br />litigation support. <br />CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS <br />The RMA team affiliates have handled crisis communications <br />for a variety of situations including: government scandals, <br />natural disasters, workplace shootings, on-the-job deaths, <br />building collapses, officer involved shootings and political <br />campaign attacks. Many people claim to know crisis <br />management; not many can back it up. Successful crisis <br />communication is an art, not a science. At times the best <br />response to a crisis is minimal. At other times an immediate, <br />aggressive, proactive answer is best. Knowing how and when <br />to minimize damage to reputation, profit, and public opinion <br />is learned in the trenches, and something the RMA team has <br />been very successful with. <br />PUBLIC RECORD REQUESTS <br />It is our belief that openness and transparency lead to <br />a better informed citizenry, which leads to a better and <br />more responsive government. It is our policy that records <br />will be organized and maintained so that they are readily <br />available for inspection and copying.
