SPECIAL EVENTS & SPONSORSHIPS <br />With over 30 years of experience directing, managing and coordinating <br />redevelopment and economic development efforts for a wide range of <br />governmental and non-governmental entities, the RMA team has acquired <br />extensive knowledge and expertise pertaining to creating and executing <br />successful special events. The events that we create are innovative and trend- <br />setting, providing new and “fresh” opportunities to engage visitors and locals <br />alike. <br />Our team begins the concept design process by utilizing the unique aspects <br />of an area that were uncovered during the research and evaluation phases. <br />As the event concept evolves, RMA’s experts analyze all aspects and logistics <br />required to present an exceptional event. The RMA team coordinates every <br />detail: concept and overall event management, site selection, support team, <br />sponsorships, entertainment and vendors, branding and collateral design/ <br />print/ distribution, media and PR, ad design and placement, social media and <br />event website, staffing for the actual event, clean-up and post-event follow- <br />up. <br />Special events, cross promotional campaigns and social engagement are at <br />the heart of celebrating a community’s diversity and uniqueness, which will <br />build and support the brand of an area and attract additional visitors that <br />might not have otherwise come to the area. <br />25 | RMA | Tab 2 | Qualifications | RFP No. 19-07-02
