OLD TOWN UNTAPPED <br />Pompano Beach, FL <br />Number of Vendors: 20-50 Monthly <br />Number of Monthly Attendees: 5,000 & Growing <br />Old Town Untapped is a monthly event, the first Craft Beer & Arts <br />festival to come to Pompano Beach. The Old Town Untapped <br />event was strategically designed to familiarize people with using <br />the area in a new way and included a biergarten, food trucks, live <br />music, street vendors, and artists at work/open access to the Bailey <br />Contemporary Arts (BaCA). In just one year, Old Town Untapped <br />grew from 250 to over 5,000 attendees! The vendors have grown <br />from 15 to 50, food trucks from 4 to 12+, and art gallery visitors <br />from 50-100 to over 500. <br />UNTAP YOUR POTENTIAL <br />Pompano Beach, FL <br />Since the event is also an activator for the area, we launched the ‘Untap Your <br />Potential’ campaign and installed signage in vacant commercial spaces. This has <br />resulted in a dramatic increase in interest in the spaces and new businesses are <br />already open (Blooming Bean Coffee Co. and Odd Breed Brewery), or permitted <br />to open soon (a restaurant). The event’s success, building on an authentic base <br />of existing micro/craft breweries (26o Brewery and Banging Banjo Brewery) in <br />Pompano Beach, combined with the targeted real estate strategies, has led to <br />a “cluster” effect as 3-4 additional micro/craft breweries have now opened in <br />Pompano Beach. <br />29 | RMA | Tab 2 | Qualifications | RFP No. 19-07-02
