<br />Carolyn J. Feimster, CRX, CMD, is the President of CJF Marketing International, an international and domestic
<br />tourism consulting company with offices in Hollywood, Florida, and North Brunswick, New Jersey. The
<br />company’s primary focus is on developing results-oriented programs to enhance the tourism development,
<br />marketing, business development, customer service, and retail productivity of shopping centers, cities,
<br />downtown retail districts and other commercial properties, attractions and organizations.

<br /> f The Town of Surfside: Researched, wrote and presented the Five Year Strategic Tourism Plan and
<br />Budget.
<br /> f The Sandestin Alliance: Due to a strong belief in partnerships and leveraging, formed The Sandestin
<br />Alliance, which included a Resort, three branded hotels and four shopping centers with the purpose of
<br />developing new tourism business for the Destin, FL, area. The Alliance was branded as “sandestination”.
<br /> f Turnberry Associates, Aventura, FL: Director of Corporate Marketing/Director of International Sales
<br />for Turnberry Associates, a national real estate development company located in Aventura, FL.
<br />Responsibilities included establishing and implementing the International Tourism Development
<br />Program with frequent participation in international trade shows and sales missions to Latin American
<br />countries to promote Aventura Mall as an international shopping destination.
<br /> f Gulfstream Park, South Florida: Developed and implemented the Tourism Marketing Program which
<br />included the integration of the Thoroughbred Racetrack, the Casino and The Village at Gulfstream Park
<br />to promote all of them as one attraction.
<br /> f Curacao Action Group – Retained to develop and implement a Tourism/Marketing/Operational Plan to
<br />upgrade downtown Willemstad in the Netherlands Antilles to a viable tourism product. Created and
<br />managed the Downtown Management Organization. This organization is still in existence after 28 years.
<br /> f Buckhead Atlanta: Developed the Tourism Plan for this luxury shopping center located in Buckhead.
<br /> f The Alliance for Downtown New York: Developed and presented Customer Service Training Programs
<br />to the Public Service Officers and advised on tourism projects and trade shows
<br /> f The Seaport District in New York City: Travel & Tourism Consultant for 12+ years.
<br /> f Historic Shopping & Dining Attractions: Created and manage this brand which is an alliance of qualified
<br />shopping/dining/cultural destinations including Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston, Union Station DC
<br />and South Street Seaport in NYC.
