COMMITTEES OR THE CITY MMMISSION. <br />PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY CLERK FOR FORMS AND ADDITIONAL INFORM -110N. <br />AGENDA <br />CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Edelcup at 6:30 p.m. with the following officials <br />present: <br />Mayor Norman S. Edelcup <br />Vice Mayor Isaac Aelion <br />Commissioner Jeanette Gatto <br />Commissioner Jennifer Levin <br />City Manager Christopher J. Russo <br />City Attorney Hans Ottinot <br />City Clerk Jane A. Hines, NINIC <br />Deputy City Manager Stan Morris <br />Commissioner Georgie "Bud" Scholl Deputy City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui <br />Timothy Brod, President. K-8 Student Council <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / INVOCATION <br />Action: City Attorney Ottinot led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag, and City Historian <br />Richard C. Schulman Paye the invocation. <br />Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks of decorum. Mayor Edelcup introduced Timothy Bryd. <br />President of the Student Council at the Norman S. Edelcup K-8 School who sat up at the <br />dais. Mayor Edelcup said we thought it would be appropriate for him to be up here and help <br />our Commission conduct tonight's meeting and also start gaining the experience of what <br />government is all about so that one day in the future perhaps he can be sitting up here as the <br />Commissioner or Mayor of this great City. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />3A. Regular Citv Commission Meeting —December 19. 2013. <br />Action: City Clerk Hines read into the record a scrivener's error. Item 10E, page 11, should <br />read "Kiwanis Foundation of North Dade. Inc.". not Kiwanis Club. The Summary Minutes <br />and Resolution No. 2013-2168 have been corrected accordingly. <br />Commissioner Scholl moved and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to approve the <br />above mentioned Summary Minutes, as amended. The motion was approved by a voice <br />vote of -0 in favor. <br />[City Clerk's Note: !rein 106 was heard cf er Item 3f1.] <br />
