<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH |INVITATION TO BID NO. 19-08-01 12 <br /> <br />2.8 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDER <br /> <br /> A Bidder will be required to show, to the complete satisfaction of the City, that they have the <br /> necessary facilities, equipment, ability, labor and financial resources to perform the work in a <br /> satisfactory manner, within the time specified. No contract will be awarded except to a <br /> responsible contractor and businesses capable of performing the class of work requested. The <br /> Contractor must be in business for at least 5 years, and fully completed three (3) projects of a <br /> similar nature and a minimum contract value of one hundred thousand ($100,000) dollars or <br /> larger. Contractor shall also provide their experience with FDOT, Municipalities, Counties and/or <br /> other governmental units. <br /> <br />2.9 PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.10 DELIVERY <br /> <br />Intentionally Omitted <br /> <br />2.11 INSURANCE <br /> <br /> 2.11.1 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />Comprehensive General Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars <br />($1,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be offered in a form no more restrictive than <br />the latest edition of the Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive <br />endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office, and shall specifically include the <br />following with minimum limits not less than those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability: <br /> Premises and Operation; <br /> Independent Contractors; <br /> Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard; <br /> Broad Form Property Damage; <br /> Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including any <br />hold harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br /> Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, with <br />minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability. <br /> <br /> 2.11.2 Business Automobile Liability <br />Business Automobile Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br />per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage <br />Liability.
