Staffing <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors; and the size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff <br />assigned to the management contract can be drawn. The composition of the staff team <br />should include: <br /> <br /> The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract. <br /> Their function in the company. <br /> The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of <br />staff <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> Overall organization to completing the project <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> <br />5. Cost of Services <br />Each firm shall submit in their price proposal any pricing conditions or contingencies. <br />Prices shall remain firm and fixed for the initial 2 years. <br /> <br />6. References <br />Each Proposer must submit three (3) references of Current and/or Past Customers to <br />whom they have provided services similar in scope and size of those described herein. <br /> Each Reference must be supplied on Clients Letterhead <br /> Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the <br />Proposer's ability, qualifications, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the <br />contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />7. Availability <br />Indicate current and anticipated workloads and availability for other activities and include <br />proximity or frequency to the City for service calls.
