The Committee members each visited the site and listened further to <br /> the Applicant's position on placement. <br /> 0 <br /> On August 19, 2019, the PAAC and the Applicant met •again j <br /> . collectively. The PAAC agreed the resubmitted appraisal was . <br /> • - acceptable. •However, once again, the PAAC unanimously concluded <br /> . the Applicant's preferred original placement was not. Prepared for that <br /> possibility, the Applicant presented its sketches on one of the two <br /> alternative locations suggested by the PAAC. The PAAC voted to <br /> accept this relocation with some conditions suggested by the staff, • <br /> including technical review and approval of the drawings based on <br /> landscaping and zoning requirements.
