Staffing <br />CONTRACTOR ON-SITE STAFFING PLAN <br />For this contract, JOliva intends to have a total of 4 Full time janitors at City Hall, <br />One per floor; 2 Full Time janitors at PCP, One on each floor. 1 Part time janitor <br />for PW Modular. Our part time employee will also cover in case of any absences. <br />MANPOWER SHORTAGE COVERAGE <br />In the event that an employee calls out, quits, or is fired, JOliva will provide a <br />temporary replacement custodian who has completed all of the security <br />requirements to perform his/her job at the Senior Housing locations. We will <br />proactively have a pool of reserve staff that can be activated on an as-needed basis. <br />Our Project Manager will also be on call 7 days a week to assure we have a complete <br />team at any given time. <br />STAFFING APPROACH <br />Our on-site organization will be led by a Project Manager (PM), Mr. Jose Grau, who <br />will be responsible for the effective, efficient operation of the contract. The PM, will <br />report to JOliva’s Vice President Julio R. Oliva who oversees our contract locations. <br />Mr. Oliva will conduct unscheduled site visits to ensure that our on-site leadership <br />and employees meet the requirements set forth in the contract’s Performance Work <br />Statement (PWS). Mr. Oliva will address any nonconformance issues, potential <br />safety issues, mandatory safety training and other quality control measures needed <br />to maintain a highly motivated and skilled workforce. Our PM will serve as the <br />direct point of contact for the site and will be reachable 7 days a week in case any
