Server willl be <br />prrovided by the awarded prroposer. <br />Syystem shall provide the abbility to continnuously and automatically sscan, capturee, store, displaay, <br />prrocess and interpret imagees of license pplates within range of the equipment without any acction <br />byy the patrol oofficer. This mmeans that thee system shalll continue to operate in thhe backgroundd <br />wwhen the operrator is dealing with any ‘alarm’ or otherr function of tthe system. TThe system shhall <br />caapture and sttore the followwing data for any and all liccense plates scanned: vehhicle license pplate <br />immage (infraredd), interpreteed license platte number, coolor license plate image, coolor overview of <br />thhe identified vvehicle, date sstamp, time sstamp, GPS loocation of vehhicle, type of ooffense or <br />daatabase (if a match or hit occurs againsst one of the target databaases containinng vehicles off <br />innterest), this ddata shall be stored in an eencrypted forrmat. <br />System shall be capablee of reading liicense plates from all cameeras simultanneously. Vendor <br />ee all the neceessary softwarre, equipment and infrastrructure to mo <br />will providnitor vehicle <br />traffic. <br />System shall be capablee of simultaneeously readingg images fromm all camera combination of <br />color and iinfra red cameras. It is envvisaged that aa combinationn of camera tyypes, will be <br />required too capture plattes that are nnot visible to IIR cameras thhrough oxidattion, plate covvers <br />or criminall counter-meaasures. <br />System shall have the aability to accuurately read Florida license plates from aa mounted <br />position off 36+ feet offfthe centerlinne of the targeet lane with aan overall read angle rangee in <br />excess of 665 feet. <br />System shall provide abbility to processs or match tthe captured llicense plate nnumbers against a <br />variety of ttarget databaases containinng vehicles of interest (i.e. stolen, wanteed, amber aleerts, <br />terrorist, suspicious, general broadcaast, sex offen <br />der, etc). <br />System shall provide the ability to booth audibly annd visually aleert the dispatcch center andd the <br />patrol officcer(s) when aa particular type of match oor hit occurs vvia interface wwith the curreent <br />standard ccomputer in thhe patrol vehicle.
