Section44 <br />Evvaluation Prrocess <br />4.1REVIEEW OF PROPPOSALS FORR RESPONSIIVENESS <br />Eachproposal willl be revieweed to determmine if the proposal is responsive too the <br />submisssion requiremments outlineed in the soliccitation. A reesponsive proposal is one which <br />followss the requiremments of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submmitted <br />in the format outlinned in this solicitation, is off timely submmission, and hhas the appropriate <br />gnatuures as requhh document. Failure to coomply with thhese requiremments <br />siired on eac <br />may reesult in the pproposal beingg deemed noon-responsivee. The contracct will be awwarded <br />to thee lowest respponsible and responsive proposer whhose proposaal best servees the <br />interesst of and reppresents the bbest value to the City in cconformity wiith section 622-8 of <br />the Citty code. <br />4.2QUALLIFICATIONSS <br />Propossals shall incluude the followwing: <br />Technnical Qualificaations <br />1.PProposer’s releevant experieence, qualificaations and past performance. <br />2.RRelevant expeerience and qualifications oof key personnel. <br />3.PProposers appproach methhodology to providing thhe services requested inn this <br />ssolicitation. <br />4.PProposed soluution functionnality, implemmentation, othher objectivess and requiremments <br />aas stated <br />Price <br />5.PProposer’s price to the Cityy. <br />4.2.1 ADDITIONAAL INFORMATTION <br />In order too be considereed, Proposerss shall providde sufficient innformation ass part <br />of their prooposal submisssion (submisssion shall noot be limited to the informmation <br />below). All requested doocumentationn and/or inforrmation shall be provided in the <br />Proposal.
