<br />represents the best value to the Cityy in conformity with thhe criteria
<br />Moodification:Modification meanns any one of theeset forth in Secction 62-8 of the City Code. No Notice of AAward will
<br />following: (a) a wwritten amendment oofbe given until tthe City has concludeed any investigation(ss) as they
<br />the Contract Documents signed by bothhdeem necessarry to establish the Prroposer’s capability too perform
<br />parties, (b) a CChange Order, (c) aathe Services as described in thiss RFP, ITB, RFQ or ITQ, as
<br />written clarification or interpretation ifsubstantiated by the required prrofessional experiencce, client
<br />issued by the City,, or (d) a written orderreferences, tecchnical knowledge andd qualifications; and sufficient
<br />for minor changee or alteration in theelabor and equipment to comply with the City’s esstablished
<br />Work issued by thee City. A modificationnstandards, as wwell as the financial capability of the Prooposer to
<br />may only be issued after execution oofperform the WWork in accordance with the Contract Docuuments to
<br />the Agreement. the satisfactionn of the City within tthe time prescribed. The City
<br />reserves the rigght to reject the Bid off any Proposers on thee basis of

<br />Statement of Servicess:The form furnished by the City which iss1.33LAWS AND REEGULATIONS:

<br />requesting progresss payments. The Contractorr will give all noticees and comply with all laws,
<br />ordinances, rules and regulations appplicable to the Workk. If the

<br />materials or equippment for the Workk,therewith, theyy will give the City prommpt written notice theereof, and
<br />including that fabbricated to a speciaalany necessaryy changes shall be adjusted by an apppropriate

<br />at the site. contrary to suuch laws, ordinancess, rules and regulations, and
<br />without such nnotice to the City, thhey will bear all costts arising
