No diversion or substitution of personnel or principals will be allowed without <br />submission of a written request with the qualifications and experience of the proposed replacement. <br />Our preference is for the client to engage the Geotechnical, Hydrogeological, and Hydraulic Services Engineer <br />directly to provide the site data required for the project.
