The structure of the bridge will be <br />steel frame repeating sections that clear span Collins Avenue; that structural frame is encased in a light-weight concrete skin on <br />both sides. A vertical garden announces the circulation from the street <br />level up to the plaza. The landscape at the plaza level creates a modular grid of trees which continues below the building. <br />This blurring of interior/exterior space allows for a flexible arrangement of programs. The upper floors will <br />contain corporate offices for Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables along with employee amenity areas.
