The structure of the bridge will be steel frame repeating sections that clear span Collins Avenue; that structural frame is encased in a light-weight concrete skin on both sides. A vertical garden announces the circulation from the street level up to the plaza. The landscape at the plaza level creates a modular grid of trees which continues below the building. There will be two floors of climate controlled new car display above the showroom. The upper floors will contain corporate offices for Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables along with employee amenity areas.
