<br />the second floor connects the lab to RCL's PortMiami headquarters building, which also underwent a 30,000 square
<br />foot renovation as part of this project. Design-build and Lean principles contributed to completing the project in just
<br />10 months. Energy modeling estimated saving energy costs by 23.5% compared to ASHRAE 90.1-2007. 2016, AIA
