Our open space <br />concept integrates City Hall and adjacent restaurant into a cohesive urban setting. Users are engaged through sensitive placement of indoor- <br />outdoor elements/activities. SMDS was responsible for all open space improvements, including Fountain/Plaza, site lighting, planting and <br />paving.
