<br />R. J. Behar Introduction <br />R.J. Behar & Company, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Robert J. Behar, PE to provide personalized services in the <br />disciplines of engineering, planning, and construction management engineering inspection to public and <br />private clients throughout South Florida. Mr. Juan Vazquez, PE joined the firm in 2000 and has been an owner <br />and vice president ever since. We have several project managers in multiple disciplines, who are supported by <br />the Company. Our firm has grown during that period of time to 36 employees. Our steady growth has been <br />based on providing quality services with a client service oriented approach. <br />RJ Behar’s principals have provided civil, transportation engineering, planning, environmental, infrastructure, <br />and construction management to South Florida clients for more than 44 years. Our staff has extensive <br />knowledge and experience with South Florida regulations and agencies.
