<br />Juan H. Vazquez, PE, PH, BCEE – Hydraulics, Stormwater/Drainage
<br />Mr. Vazquez has more than 34 years of civil engineering experience including the preparation of stormwater
<br />master plans, drainage studies, street improvements, designed highways, interchanges, intersections, both
<br />urban and rural, prepared pavement designs, transportation studies, permitting through multiple agencies,
<br />hydrologic-hydraulic and scour studies, utility relocations, etc. Mr. Vazquez is a Professional Hydrologist and a
<br />Board Certified Environmental Engineer in the specialty of water supply and wastewater. His relevant
<br />experience includes SR-A1A, FDOT District 4; FDOT D6 Drainage Permit Coordinator; North County
<br />Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County Water Wastewater; and Countess De Hoernle Park, Boca
<br />Raton.
<br />Hans Murzi, PE, CFM – Hydrologic/Hydraulic, Drainage Design
<br />Mr. Murzi is a water resources engineer with 17 years of experience including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis,
<br />utility projects and modeling of rivers and flood control systems, natural resources restoration projects, and
<br />watershed management, as well as rural and roadway drainage design, drainage field inspections, drainage
<br />plan reviews. The experience includes use of several computer programs such as XPSWMM, SWMM, HEC-RAS,
<br />AdICPR, MIKE SHE/MIKE 11, ASAD, ArcGIS. Mr. Murzi has M.S. in Environmental Engineering, is a registered
<br />P.E. (Florida License No. 67767) since 2008. He is also a Certified Floodplain Manager (No. US-14-07768) and is
<br />a member of the ACEC-FL Water Resources Committee and serves as one of two District Drainage Engineers
<br />for the Central Broward Water Control District. His project experience includes the City of Pompano Beach
<br />Lyons Park Neighborhood Improvement; Seawall Design at Tobie Wilson Park, Town of Medley; Central
<br />Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) Engineer Services.
<br />Paola Riveros, PE – Civil/Site, Roadway Design
<br />Ms. Riveros has 19 years of roadway and drainage design experience and has been responsible for the
<br />preparation of roadway plans, drainage plans, signalization, signing & marking, permitting and site plans
<br />throughout South Florida. She has assisted in drainage computations for FDOT and City projects. She has also
<br />performed construction cost estimates for improvements that included street construction, buildings
<br />construction, and landscaping projects. Her experience in roadway/drainage includes Design/Build for I-595
<br />Final Design, FDOT District 4; Powerline Road, FDOT District 4; and Hollywood Boulevard/SR-820, FDOT District
<br />4.
<br />Jasmani Riveron, PE – Maintenance of Traffic, Signing & Pavement Marking, Civil
<br />Jasmani Riveron is responsible for the design, project management and quality control for the projects
<br />assigned. Mr. Riveron has experience in civil engineering, permitting, budgeting and construction
<br />management. His experience includes many aspects of highway design including roadway, signing and
<br />marking, bridge design, minor drainage, permitting, budgeting, utility coordination and project management.
<br />He has a total of 10 years of diversified experience. He has worked on similar projects such as Drexel Road
<br />Bridge Replacement, Palm Beach County; Summit Boulevard over LWDD E-3 Canal Slope Stabilization, Palm
<br />Beach County; SR-A1A Bridge/Carlin Park Rehabilitation/Replacement, Palm Beach County.
