<br />underground utility investigation. Mr. Diaz has performed as SUE Technician on almost every project for this contract.

<br />FRA served as the Prime consultant for this contract. FRA provided all the necessary services to designate, locate by excavating, survey, and map the existing surface
<br />and subsurface utilities to support the design of construction plans on projects selected by the Department. FRA provided exact horizontal and vertical locations of
<br />the existing underground utilities by way of electromagnetic and other geophysical location techniques including vacuum excavation. FRA facilitated a quick response
<br />to the Department when ordering subsurface exploration services. The client benefits by receiving SUE data which enables them to identify, address and remedy
<br />potential utility conflicts during the project’s design phase. The project length is 1,500 miles. Mr. Diaz served as SUE Technician.

<br />This project was the winner of the People’s Choice Award in the 2015 America's Transportation Awards competition. This $1.2 billion project relieved traffic congestion
<br />and created a multimodal transportation network along I-595 in South Florida. FRA provided SUE services to support the design and construction for 15.5 miles of the
<br />interstate highway system. FRA’s designation of all requested underground utilities by means of electromagnetic and GPR. In addition, we provided utility locations
<br />using the vacuum excavation method for 1,500 possible utility conflicts. Our in-house surveying group is providing the necessary survey support, so we may deliver a
<br />stand-alone product certified by a Professional Land Surveyor. The schedule of this project was very demanding, FRA was required to complete all required SUE
<br />work within the first six months of the design. We completed all work on-time!

<br />As a subconsultant to A & P Consulting Transportation Engineer, FRA provided miscellaneous survey and SUE services along 11th Street in Miami Beach. Services
<br />included topographic survey, underground utility survey, and SUE related work. Mr. Diaz served as Lead SUE Technician project providing designation of the
<br />underground utilities.
