Lisandra provided utility c oordination services for roadway <br />widening, sidewalk upgrades, crosswalk upgrades, lighting, drainage, and signing and pavement marking. She coordinated with t he design team and the 16 utility <br />agency owners (UAOs) that were present within the project boundaries.
