<br />Project Manager: For this pedestrian and streetscape enhancement project in the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Sistrunk neighborhood, we coordinated landscape architecture design and post-
<br />design services with the FDOT, City, residents, and the landscape contractor including tree removal and landscape installatio n. The project improvements included the addition of
<br />sidewalks, decorative lighting, milling and resurfacing, drainage and landscape. These enhancements aimed to restore Sistrunk ’s streets to pedestrian-friendly, vibrant corridors, and help
<br />revitalize the neighborhood and its economy. This off-system project was completed under a Districtwide Minor Projects contract as a subconsultant to Stanley Consultants, Inc.

<br />Project Manager: Miller Legg’s Team provided in-house design services for the replacement of the Sunrise Blvd. Bridge over the Middle River. This project was a pilot project for the
<br />FDOT's BOLD Initiative instituted by the Governor. Extensive coordination with the City of Fort Lauder dale involved design efforts that included special architectural wall/vertical features,
<br />Florida Friendly landscape design, as well as hardscape and irrigation to ensure a Context Sensitive Solution was provided as an entry point to the eastern Fort Lauderdale beach
<br />communities along the Middle River. Post Design services were also provided. This project was part of a multi-year in-house continuing service contract for FDOT District 4.

<br />Project Manager: For this high-profile complex design-build project, Miller Legg is on the team as a subconsultant for the 'Heritage Trail' under I-395 to provide landscape architecture
<br />and irrigation design services to the team of Archer Western/deMoya/Pevida Design Group. The initial phase of work includes disposition of over 2000 trees and palms, including,
<br />relocation, permitting and coordination with the City of Miami, Miami Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) and the FDOT. Project area includes the roadways, connectors and infield areas of
<br />SR 836 from 27th Avenue to 7th Avenue, I-395 from 7th Avenue to Biscayne Bay and I-95 from NW 8th Street to NW 29th Street.
