<br />Village of El Portal, with a new bridge that will improve pedestrian facilities. The project also includes improving the approach
<br />roadways by milling and resurfacing, providing drainage, lighting, pedestrian ramps north and south of the bridge, dredging the
<br />Little River Canal and relocating an existing 8-inch water main. Mrs. Gorgas is responsible for drafting project collaterals and a
<br />Public Involvement Plan, coordinating stakeholder meetings as necessary, as well as coordinating a public hearing to obtain
