<br />Ms. Haddad served as the Senior Public Information Officer on this over $1.2 billion project for FDOT District Four. She oversaw all
<br />public information outreach in coordination with the District’s Public Information Office and served as the day-to-day contact and
<br />media spokesperson on the project. She created and disseminated project fact sheets and electronic construction alerts,
<br />continuously updated the project website, maintained stakeholder database, and served as a liaison for the media, elected officials,
<br />residents and businesses to answer questions and address and mitigate their concerns.

<br />Ms. Haddad is the Senior Public Information Officer responsible for the day-to-day public involvement tasks for this design project
<br />which involves the preparation of a set of contract documents including plans for upgrades and the rehabilitation of the Henry E.
<br />Kinney Tunnel, an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) along the SR 5/US1 corridor and a 50-foot extension of the tunnel bridge
<br />for a pedestrian plaza. She completed a Level 3 Community Awareness Plan (CAP) and participated in a June 2017 Agency
<br />meeting. Ms. Haddad is presently preparing for a Public Information Workshop, scheduled for later in 2018.

<br />Ms. Haddad led the public involvement and outreach efforts for this PD&E project. She prepared a Public Involvement Plan (PIP),
<br />planned, coordinated and attended a public kick-off meeting in October 2016, providing the public the opportunity to learn more
<br />about the project and have their concerns addressed. Further outreach efforts included two Alternative Public Workshops. The
<br />Public Hearing is planned for the Summer of 2018.

<br />addressed. Further outreach efforts included the Alternative Public Workshop in February 2016 and the Public Hearing held in
<br />September 2016.

<br />During these Phase she coordinated several outreach meetings, including Public Workshops, Industry Forums and multiple small
<br />group meetings with key stakeholders and homeowner associations (HOAs).
