<br />Mr. De Arazoza experience includes supervising and providing technical guidance and support to transportation planning, roadway design and
<br />traffic engineering personnel throughout his career. He provided and continues to provide management and technical support fo r traffic
<br />engineering and safety studies, transportation planning, land use planning, including public involvement and coordination with local governments.
<br />He provided quality assurance and quality control on all of the above activities. He has worked in both private a nd governmental agencies,
