BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />The scope of work consisted of the preparation of Construction Documents (CD’s) for <br />the construction of approximately 2,750 feet of an 8-foot prefabricated privacy wall at <br />Inverrary Estates similar in design and aesthetics as existing west of NW 70th Avenue. <br />The limits of the wall shall be along Inverrary Boulevard from NW 44th Street to the <br />canal and along NW 44th Street from Inverrary Boulevard to connect with existing wall <br />west of NW 70th Avenue. It will also include two properties (one north and one south) on <br />either side of NW 54th Court at NW 70th Avenue.
