Principal-in-Charge: Michael Sileno, PE, is the Southeast Regional Manager. In his 23 <br />years at H&H, Mike has managed and overseen numerous major FDOT bridge design, <br />replacement, rehabilitation, roadway reconstruction, and municipal projects. Mike has <br />decades of South Florida design experience managing federal grant and LAP funded <br />projects. His firsthand, up-close experience and comprehensive understanding of PD&E <br />studies, Bridge Development Reports, public involvement, design development, <br />permitting, construction processes which will be beneficial to your pedestrian bridge <br />project.
