QA/QC Manager: George Patton, PE, an industry-recognized bridge engineering <br />expert has over 33 years of engineering experience with design, studies and analysis <br />on bridges of all sizes and complexities. Serving as H&H’s Chief Bridge Engineer, <br />George is responsible for technical direction and engineering of bridge studies, <br />replacement designs and rehabilitation projects.
