<br />Dennis Stanton, SUE Director <br />Dennis has specialized in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Utility Coordinating, and Mapping and <br />protection of subsurface utility systems for over 30 years. He has performed utility investigations with a variety <br />of electronic detection devices, survey equipment and air/vacuum excavators on numerous FDOT projects <br />throughout Florida. He has supervised over 10,000 test holes and over 1,000,000 utility feet of designating. <br />Dennis has completed hundreds of projects for FDOT and is extremely familiar with the Standards and <br />Procedures established by the Department. Dennis has served as SUE Manager on multiple Districtwide <br />contracts and complex Design-Build projects, such as the I-595 Corridor Improvements and SR 862 (Eller <br />Drive)/I-95 Reconstruction. <br />Ivan Marti, SUR SUE Technician 3 (Senior) <br />Mr. Marti specializes in locating and designating subsurface utility systems. He joined FRA in 2000 as a <br />Technician on the SUE team. Today, he is our Field Supervisor of all South Florida utility crews. Among the daily <br />supervision and scheduling of the crews, he also QA/QC’s the test hole reports prior to handing them over to <br />our CADD operators. Through his experience with SUE work over the last 18 years, he has become intimately <br />familiar with the standards and procedures of FDOT as well as various local cities, counties, and municipalities. <br />Mr. Marti’s understanding of underground utilities is unmatched, having completed thousands of projects in <br />South Florida, mostly for FDOT 4. He personally supervises the designation and location of the utilities. He in <br />charge of five Vacuum Trucks and two GPR Equipment. Mr. Marti is specially trained to operate the Ground <br />Penetrating Radar (GPR) system and is the primary technician for our South Florida operations. Mr. Marti has <br />completed hundreds of Task Work Orders for District 4. <br />Antonio Diaz, SUR SUE Technician 3 (Senior) <br />Mr. Diaz has specialized in the location, designation, and protection of subsurface utility systems for the past <br />20 years. He is intimately familiar with the standards and procedures of FDOT and has vast experience on the <br />use of the latest electronic locating and designating equipment. Mr. Diaz is FRA SUE Technician and lead <br />designator with over 500 projects completed in Florida. Mr. Diaz has established a dynamic communication <br />with most South Florida utility owners; representatives with whom he meets on project sites to discuss project <br />issues and determine the location of the underground utilities. <br />Osvaldo Sanchez, Lead Utility Coordinator <br />Ozzie has 29 years of experience in utility coordination, having worked at F.R. Aleman, FP&L, and the Florida <br />Department of Transportation (FDOT). He joined FRA with over 25 years of experience in electrical distribution <br />design and construction. He is a dependable and organized individual possessing strong planning, interpersonal <br />and communication skills. <br />Lisandra Fuentes, Utility Coordinator <br />Lisandra has 3 years of experience in the transportation industry. She has provided utility coordination services <br />on traditional design projects, as well as large-scale design-builds. She has worked extensively with the Florida <br />Department of Transportation and other local agencies, such as Miami-Dade County. Through her experience, <br />she has built relationships with many of the local utility agency owners and stakeholders. In addition to utility <br />coordination experience, Lisandra is also an expert in traffic engineering. <br /> <br />E-42
