If the vendor fails to honor these re-procurement costs, the City may <br /> terminate the contract for default. <br /> 3.5 RIGHT TO INSPECT <br /> The Proposer agrees to allow City staff and/or the City's graphic designer to inspect product on <br /> site during printing to ensure the quality of the product. <br /> 3.6 SAMPLES <br /> Samples of current Sunny Isles Beach Living Magazines, SIB Islander Newsletters, and Sunny <br /> Isles Beach desktop calendars can be mailed to the proposer at their request. Samples can also <br /> be requested for pick-up at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center 4th Floor, 18070 Collins <br /> Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.
